Round, yellow, with a single embeded marking of A1 or AI approximately 7mm or 5/16ths of an inch accross. Label says NDC:00228-3482-11 Mfg: ACTAV FB:LK - CRC- DS:30. I am feeling well but I am only getting about firv (5) hours sleep. I have checked Google Images for Zolpidem, Zolpidem ER, Ambien and Ambien CR and none of the images correspond to what I am taking. ## Those are 12.5mg extended release Zolpidem tablets. Are there any others that you've tried yet? ## Consulted doctor and says try to go back to "blue pill." Also, no Trader Joe's 72% Dark Chocolate before trying to go to sleep. For about a year now my Walgreens Pharmacy has only been able to get the Sun brand, and even that is often on back order. Several times I’ve had a bottle that several of the pills just dont work. Has anyone else had this experience? I’ve had other brands that seemed to work better but don’t remember the makers. A friend told me that he has experienced this issue as has his sister, but he didn’t know the maker. Does anyone have a brand that works better than others? ## Simply put, the ER formulations for me never helped much only instant release did and worked very well...much much better than the Extended Release. Ask the Doctor for a low dosage of the Immediate release, if they will do that. It seems the ER formula isnt working for you. I was also taking the 12....

Does the Rx, "Intermezzo", come in continuous-release dosages, as does the brand name, Ambien, of the same active ingredient (i.e. 6.25mg and 12.5mg)? ## HI Josey-Anna, Based on my research, Intermezzo (zolpidem) is an under-the-tongue tablet designed for "quick release" and there aren't currently any "extended release" formulas. Does Zolpihexal have a negative impact / affect on early pregnancy? ## Hi Ezra, I did locate some information pertaining to Zolpihexal (zolpidem) use during pregnancy, however it does not specify anything related to use during "early" pregnancy. This info states the following: "Zolpidem Extended-Release Tablets may cause prolonged sleep or severe breathing problems in the newborn if you take it during the last weeks of pregnancy, especially if you take it with certain other medicines.
