Yellow Round Pill 50 On One Side Blank Other

Hi there :) I have found a small, round pale yellow pill with a 40 written in brown on one side and blank on the other. It is not at all smudged. I have been searching the net, but cannot figure out what it is. ## I am also. I can't figure it out. Did u yet? I am baffled! I just found this round dull yellow pill with 50 imprinted on one side and blank on the other side. It is while on the inside. I found it on the floor in my kitchen after a few people who I don't know very well were at my house. I would like to know what it is? Please help.

What kind of Med is a small pale yellow pill pill with "WO" on one side and "50" on the other. The pill is slightly convex on both sides. Thanks for any info. ## I believe you were looking at the marking upside down and it is actually OM 50, which is a 50mg Nucynta tablet, it is a narcotic analgesic that contains the active ingredient Tapentadol. White Round pill with R M B printed on one half of one side (the rest is blank) with a little divider divot underneath it. The letters seem slightly spaced apart with the M being slightly higher printed than the R and B. Got it in Macao from a doctor for having canker sores on my throat along with two other pills: Amoxy 500 capsule (maroonish on one half that has the words printed and a blank dark yellow half), and a small, oval, orange pill that both sides of CP stamped on the upper half and a funny looking L (where the end of the bottom part of the L is slightly curved up as if someone drew a comma too close to it) with a divot separating the CP and L. round yellow tablet cross marking with H upper left corner and 4 lower right, back plain. supposed to be a de-worming tablet for dogs ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is an oblong/capsule-shaped yellow pill, scored vertically down the center, with an "H" on the left side and blank on the right side of the divider. There is also an "88" on the back of the pill. This particular tablet is identified as Levetiracetam 500 mg.
