You also go on to note that it "has a Chinese very"...(which doesn't make sense). I realize this is a typo, but could you please clarify what you originally intended to say? - If it's any consolation, pain meds ...

yellow, oblong/oval pill, cant read one side since its been in my wallet for awhile, the other side clearly says percocet. I just want to be sure its a percocet before i take it as i have had many bad reactions to other pills and this is the one that i have not. I plan on only taking half, which is what i do when i am in extreme pain, yet still need to function, but do not want an adverse reaction if this is not a percocet. The percs i am used to taking are normally white and round (generics) someone please assure me this is an actual percocet. ## Yes, there are 2 yellow, oblong name brand Percocet tablets that say Percocet on one side. One of them contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen and the other contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, however, with...

I have two different yellow c 230s side by side and with the 230 straight across lined up side to side and flip perfectly around and the c's don't line up and one has specs of something and looks old and the are not hard hard nor do they snap when broken. ...? ??? ## The pill description you provided is indicative of generic 10/325 Oxycodone HCL + Acetaminophen; made by Alvogen. For verification, the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 47781-230. I don't know how they feel or what they look like when they're broken, but if you received these from a licensed pharmacy, you can be sure they are real. The NDC link also contains a list of inactive ingredients. I hope this helps!

They both are PERCOCET they both are 10/325 I'm just wondering if it's just the company or if there is actually a difference in them ## Hydrocodone is not percocet. It is Lorcet. Oxycodone is percocet ## To clarify, Norco, Lorcet, Vicodin, and Lortab contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, while Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, which I believe is what Teerose was trying to convey. They are both opiate narcotics...

Yes, it's a oxycodone 10mgs used for pain from a doctor and is only given by a doctor unless you find it on the streets and in that case can be very harmful to yourself. I've been on them after having my son when they had to get him out with a C/section I was taking two so 20mgs at a time and even with being on them a short period of time when I did get off of them I went through VERY painful withdrawal that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy so if your taking them PLEASE PLEASE be smart about it I was under doctor supervision and still got hooked to them. Good luck to anyone needing help getting off them. Suboxone is something that really helps if used for a short period of time like a week or so. ## It is very difficult for the majority to become dependent on Percocet after...

Is there a percocet 10mg that is round with the number 230 written on it and a imprint with the letter V on it ? I think I may have the wrong prescription given to me wanted to make sure ? ## There is a pale yellow one with the logo of Alvogen Pharmaceuticals that resembles a Chinese V and the number 230 on the opposite side. It contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone. Learn more Percocet details here. Does that match the pill you're questioning? ## Why is it that the oxycodone 10\325 pill with the 230 marking on one side and a V on the other does not work as well as other oxycodone 10\325? I have had to take oxycodone off and on for several years a nd when I filled my last script I got the oxycodone 10\325 with the 230 markings and I thought my drug store had made a...

Would like to know who distributes a 40mg yellow oxycodone with half moon and 330? What company? ## Hi Rebecca - The "half moon" sounds a lot like either the old Actavis logo or the Alvogen logo. Unfortunately I can't find a version with 330 on it from their product listings. Actavis does distribute a 40mg yellow oxycodone but with "OP 40" on it. But Alvogen's markings are a bit closer - They have an Oxycodone 10mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg pill (generic Percocet) which is round and yellow with the inscription 230 along with the Alvogen logo on them (NDC 47781-230). Does this possibly sound like what you might have? If you see a Google Image search for the Alvogen logo it could help to you verify that half moon. Please let me know if this helps at all. I might be ab...

I'm always in severe pain I get da yellow perks but it don't seem to help anymore wat r da blue perks n damgs ## I'm sorry, but I can't really tell you anything from just the colors, because the color doesn't mean anything and doesn't help identify the tablets. is there a round yellow generic for perocet 10mg ## Hello, Debie! How are you? Are there markings on the tablet in question? That is what would enable it to be identified. Can you please post back and clarify? And are you asking about Percocet, which contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, or just a tablet containing Oxycodone? What does a percocet 10 mg look like? i have one here that has 10/325 and is yellow. Is that correct? ## There are actually many on the market, because it is available as a generic and how it will look, will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. There are also several with the 10/325 marking, so it depends what the other markings are on the tablet. One that is very commonly available on the market in this dosage, 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, is a yellow, oblong tablet with the 10/325 on one side and E712 on the other. Is that the tablet you have? ## The percocet rx I got refilled from the internet are yellow with the imprint E712 or some times white with imprint IP 204. what's the difference in the different shapes and colors and printed numbers on Percocets? ## Hi Sharon, A round yellow pill marked with "C 230" is reported to be a generic version of Percocet containing 10mgs of Oxycodone hydrochloride + 325mgs of Acetaminophen, used for moderate to severe pain. And this particular pill is manufactured by a company called Alvogen. However I think it goes without sayin' that all of the different shapes, colors, and imprints you see on any given pill are simply indicators for identifying various manufacturers, dosages, and of course the substance(s) - including inactive ingredients. Went for my new prescription of Percocet today. Saw a P/A. Was given a totally new script: Alvogen Oxycod/ACET 10mg/325mg. Lower left bottom yellow label states 10mg oxycodone HCI is equivalent to 8.9637mg of oxycodone. This medicine is not working at all. Whats wrong? ## There can be differences from one generic medication to another, as was granted by the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ by as much as plus or minus 20% in the amount of the active ingredients. This was done to help bring generics to market faster and the FDA considers it an acceptable therapeutic window. Most people never notice a difference, however, some people are very sensitive to any change in their medication, or they may notice a difference, if they've been taking the same one for a long ...
