There is a yellowish orange oval tablet with the number 27 on one side in black print that is manufactured by Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 27mgs of Methylphenidate. what pill is this? Is it Methenamine Hippur? 1 gram? ## No, the Hiprex tablet that contains Methenamine is yellow, oblong and has the marking MERRELL 277 on on side. Where was this obtained? Did it come from a pharmacy? I can't find anything that matches this in the U.S. prescription drug databases.

I received the pill described above in a prescription I filled at Rite Aid, but was concerned because the bottle says Oval Yellow A178 while the pill is white and A171 as described above.
