pale yellow capsule with D on top half and 03 on bottom half. ## what kind of pill is this pale yellow d/03 ## So far the closest thing which I am finding is an oblong yellow tablet with L | U on one side and D03 on the other. Although it does not sound like what you have I can post that the one which I am referring to is Sertraline 100 mg (an anti-depressant). Can you please post back with additional details, such as manufacturer, packaging, country of origin, etc? Found a yellow capsule with the marking e510 on it. I think it’s neurontin. The imprint might even be c510. ## Epic Pharma lists this tablet as containing 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat some forms of nerve pain, and some mood disorders. I take this drug for nerve pain..it will make you sleepy when you first start taking it, but no, it will not make you feel high. Not like taking a narcotic pain reliever such as hydrocodone or oxycodone. This is not a narcotic pain reliever.

I have been taking this for a while---not every day, but I have this severe pain in the nerves. I had shingles about 4 years ago, and it never went away. This medicine is all that helps.
