i had a hysterectomy in January. i take estratest. anything else i have tried including exercise does nothing. can yeduc help me ## I'm 46 and with menopause i have gained 20 lbs over 2 years. I exercised. i took diet pills. i got on bio hormones. nothing worked to lose those pounds. it was terrible to see this shape on me that i never had and didnt want to accept. Hi my name is Letty. I was also taken Yeduc. When I began taking it I was @ 181 now after 4 months my weight is 127. It's not a joke. Yeduc is really good and the shots with Cardispan help alot. My waist size was 44 now I am @ 32 so now I can where size 5 or small. For anyone that is taking the Yeduc you still need to eat but in small portions. Would the pills still work if they are expired. I have some that expired about like 8 months ago. Will they still have the same effect? ## @lulu, From what I can tell, there don't appear to be any specific details on the shelf life of Yeduc (Sibutramine) listed online; and my guess is that it's probably because Sibutramine was banned due to it causing an increased risk of serious heart/cardiovascular related side effects. So in that aspect I wouldn't necessarily consider it to be safe whether it's supposed to be expired or not... but 8 months isn't a really long time either if you kept it stored in a cool, dark, dry place. Most medications (with the exception of certain antibiotics) are actually still good for many years after the expiration date.

Is it safe to take phentermine 30mg with yeduc? ## No, you shouldn't take both. Yeduc contains the active ingredient Sibutramine, which is very similar to Phentermine, so you'd basically be doubling up. And since they act as stimulants, that could be very dangerous, as it creates the risk of elevated heart rate and blood pressure. Dosage depends on the person, however the average dosage is: 10 mg once daily (usually in the morning), if this proves insufficient the dose may be increased to 15 mg daily after 4 weeks. If you are going to use it, it is very important to watch for any signs of this, that may include: accelerated heart rate and pulse, breathing problems, chest pains and etc. I thinking that this could also be the reason why it seems like your asthma has been "acting up". With that said, I'd just encourage you to talk to your doctor about it's safety before taking it with anything else. I hope this helps!

I have been on yeduc 15mg for 2 days now, my appetite has increased and I found myself yawning the whole day at work. Will these symptoms fade after a few days or does it mean I should get off it? I feel I need to eat something or snack every couple of hours!!
