How much methadone should i take while im taking one subtext everyday? ## When it comes to proper dosing protocols, usually your doctor is the best person to ask. However I have heard that Methadone and Subutex are sometimes approved to be used together since Subutex doesn't have Naloxone. And please correct me if I'm wrong, but in that aspect you shouldn't have to worry about Subutex taking Methadone off the receptors as Suboxone would; leading to precipitated withdrawals. I would just encourage you to discuss how much you should be taking with your doctor, since he/she is the one prescribing it. Does anyone else have advice from personal experience?

15 mg roxy and 20 mg suboxen

This past wed, thur I took 6 15 mg roxies. Between Fri, Sat, sun and yesterday I took a total of 20 mg of suboxen. I never take them but didnt want any withdrawls. I took my last two does of sub yesterda morning n about 2pm 4mg in morni g snd 4 mg at 2pm. To me, this basically implies that patients should wait until they're in some amount of withdrawal from the Suboxone, in order for its presence on the receptors wear off.
