I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. i just need to know what it is ## I believe the marking you're looking at might be CL 026. Can you please double check and post back? Thanks! If so, this tablet is manufactured by Concord Laboratories and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. It is most commonly used to treat migraines. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, insomnia and nervousness. ## Another possibility I found has the marking CL 022. This one is manufactured by the same company and they list it as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Can you see if this matches your tablet?

The first is larger with number only on one side. The second is smaller with indent for dividing in half on one side and number on the other. Also has large ^ with a small P under it in front of number. I think they are some Tylenol generic, but not sure. ## The pill in description marked L484 is Acetaminophen (500 mg).
