White Round Pill N Over 10

Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. If they are rounder, then it could be a tablet that is manufactured by Accord Healthcare, which they list as containing 10mgs of Glipizide, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes. I found these pills in my foster child's bag. They were all broken in half.
