I found a few pills small round white on one side is FR9 the other side has no markings,any idea what they are? ## This is a generic or store brand of Excedrin, which is most commonly used to treat migraines or tension headaches. Any idea what these are people?Any help is much appreciated!!Thanks. ## @penny, A round white unscored tablet imprinted FR 9 is identified as generic Excedrin and contains: aspirin 250 mg acetaminophen 250 mg caffeine 65 mg Excedrin is an over-the-counter product for headaches, migraines, & pain relief.
