Can you please double check and post back? There is a round, white tablet with the marking SL 433 that contains 50mgs of the antidepressant Trazodone, which is also sometimes used to treat sleep disorders. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight changes.

large round white pill with 436 on one side and beveled edges on the other also a slot to be able to break in two, not coated ## I was only able to locate a pill with similar markings to yours. 436 with raised hexagon, Manufacturered by Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories. If this is your pill it's 300mg of Allopurinol, which is used to treat hyperuricemia (excess uric acid in blood plasma) and its complications, including chronic gout. A round white pill. It has a hourglass symbol then a line under neath then 4365. On other side it has 200. ## Pill Image This is Labetalol 200mgs, a generic for Trandate, this is a beta-blocker that reduces the workload on the heart.
