If so, that 800mg Ibuprofen tablet is good for one year from the date it was dispensed to you by your pharmacy. After that time it begins to lose efficacy and you should dispose of it. I got a prescription from a mom & pop pharmacy that I always get from but they always give me different pills each time. This time they gave me something and I looked it up on the internet but I cant find it anywhere. There closed all weekend and I'm allergic to a lot of medicines. Found this in a coat pocket. Not sure what it is. It looks familiar but I have a bad memory. ## Is the marking possibly 44 over 183?
