If so, Teva Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of mixed amphetamine salts, which is a generic for Adderall. It is most commonly used to treat ADHD, narcolepsy, and shift work sleep disorder. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and insomnia.
