It is a white round pill with the imprint TH on the front as well as a score line through the middle. This could very well be your pill, but maybe with a different amount of the active ingredient- or it could've been manufactured by a different pharmaceutical company. small round white pill on one side it has a m and under the m is 18 the other side has got a line through the middle ## Is the marking M 18 or M 12? Your post is a little confusing. If it is M18, then you have 25mgs of Metoprolol, used to help control high blood pressure. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. Pill is white, small and oblong, with capital A over line with capital B, under it that is in script style print. Other side has only line across middle. There was a Tylenol but it has been discontinued. 5/325 Percocet. ## R u sure it's a Percocet? Pill identification sources are saying it's only Tylenol.

what do they look like are they a small white pill ## There are a couple that are round and white, immediate release tablets. Just a few examples: White, round, m 0552 White, round, 4810 V There are also a few that are capsules. If these don't match the tablet in question, then please post back so I can check it for you. round little white pill,with a line in middle numbers 183 ## Sorry, I can't find any listings, in multiple databases for any prescription pills with only a 183 on them, are there any other markings? Letters? Numbers? Logos? ## Cannot identify pills I found, searched for hours on drug searches ect. Round white one side has a 183 and a greater than symbol with a less than symbol when held upright. Could be seen as two 45 degree angles facing each other one inside the other. The other side has a score on it halfing the pill. Also appears to have a coating. I though these pulls were morphine sulfates. But now I don't think so, cannot identify it anywhere.
