white with 44575 on it ## I cannot find a listing for this exact pill, but that is because pills marked with a 44, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. There are sold in several countries as the generic or store brands of common over the counter items. OTC items are not required to log their imprints with the FDA, like prescription medications are. I think it is a generic form of Mucinex DM... i.e. guaifinesin and a cough suppressant. ## Hi Lisa, Just to let you know, the white pill you're describing marked AZ 345 is in fact identified as a Mucus Relief DM tablet, containing Dextromethorphan HBr (20 mg) + Guaifenesin (400 mg). This medicine is widely used as an expectorant and cough suppressant. The first prescription I had were pink oval tablets, but this next one was round white tablets, the size of a 325mg bayer aspirin. Embossed on the tablet, from what I can make out is, WP1 3177.
