I was prescribed sulfamethoxazole-TMP DS. The pill is oval with a V on the font and 58|98 on the back. It does not smell like sulfur at all, and my urine has not smelled of sulfur. I was given white pill with V on one side and slit on back with 19 on each side of slit. white oval pill with R180 on the front with four sections on the back ## Zanaflex (4 mg) muscle relaxant. I like them to help me relax and sleep, as I suffer from insomnia. They work better than Flexeril. ## Tammy's identification is correct, this is a 4mg Tizanidine tablet, which is the generic for Zanaflex.
