I have a white oval pill that says M 582 on one side and is blank on the other side. Could this pill be Percocet? ## I have never seen one like that before, nor heard of it ever being oval. Oxycodone is white, round and either says 512 or endo (depending on the maker). There is aso Roxixet, but I can't remember what it says on it...Hope this helps. Also, it depends on the strength. The ones I have described are 5/325 strength, but the 10 milligram tabs sometimes are oval. Call your pharmacy. Or even call a different pharmacy to compare what they have ## I think it is. I have a white oblong pill with 58 on one side, and 93 on the other side. Is this generic Vicodin? ## this pill is not generic for vicodin. the generic for vicodin are bigger than these. the pills with 58 and 93 on the other side are tramadol it is also a pain reliever. generic for vicodin are a number on one side anywhere from 353 363. the ones i've seen. ## Chris is right.
