The round white pill with 5161 on it can it cause drowsiness or cause you to be dizzy? ## There is no Acetaminophen in this tablet, it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic for Vicoprofen. 2172 pills from Walgreens are not any where near Watson 3202. Don't relieve pain and will give you a headache. I tried to tell the pharmacist but they said that is what they shipped. This is what I have to deal with, *****s. ## There's actually been several complaints here recently on these newer 2172 pills. Since they're generic, my guess is that the percentage of active ingredients are probably less than other manufacturer's versions. Not to mention the different binders/fillers that affect bioavailability or cause unwelcome side effects. It's a shame that pharmacies always go for the cheapest offer they can get and care nothing about quality control for their loyal customers/patients who have to rely on this medication. Most however, tend to be white and oblong shaped. I have the white pill and also the blue pill marked with watson 540. Aren't they both the same except for a difference in the acetaminophen? ## Research I have gathered shows they are one in the same pill. Even the milligrams are the same. I found that the blue version of Watson 540 is simply manufactured or distributed by more companies than just Watson. Do you have any other questions or concerns?
