This particular pill I found is white round and has an imprint that's opposite to yours "n 861" if you held it upside down. It contains 10mgs of Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride, used for treating ADHD and is a product of Gavis Pharmaceuticals. I've been taking zolpidem tartrate aka ambien for 11 years. As soon as the generic came out by Teva I noticed it does not put me to sleep at all. None of my meds have changed. What is a white round pill imprinted with "0115 4652"? ## I think the pill is a form of Donnatal. I found an old prescription bottle under my dresser from 1988. Pills are round, white, and blank on one side with 0115 4652 printed on the other. Looks like the medicine name on the bottle is typed as "Donnatoli.c." When I look that up, Donnatal comes up. My prescription was for cramps - Donnatal is for that (IBS relief, among other things). Hope this helps :)

I've contacted sam's club & various pharmacies before, concerning anxiety meds and fentanyl patches that don't even match the description and a new mystery percocet every month. I suffer ptsd / anxiety / panic. And I can dam sure tell in 10 minutes if it's junk or a rip off. Hospitals don't use generics. Wow!! Meds that work. It is Acetaminophen 500 mg, which is an over the counter drug generic for Tylenol. Check the following NDC codes, plus there are more for this pill ... Found a round white pill made by Rugby with the numbers 3977 on it. Trying to figure out what it was for. ## Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
