Anyone know what they are? ## I'm sorry, but if there are no imprints, they will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have them lab tested. The only thing we can say for certain is that they are not legal U.S. prescription medications, as they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. But, otherwise, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Did you... ...

white pill with red and green specks in it round ## I need to know what this k44 round white pill with red and green specks in it is. ## Sorry, I can't find anything listed in the US prescription drug databases for this, so I can only guess it is either a foreign drug or something available over the counter since they are not regulated as strictly. ## I appreciate all the help I can get..This was found in the floor at my mother-in-law's house when we moved her clothes washer. We have small children in our family and I got a little worried. I didn't know rather to post on a board or call poison control for its identity. Thanks for your help. ## I did discover that pills marked with a K are over the counter items, if that helps any. That would also explain why we cannot find a... ...

its a red capsule with a brown pill shaped substance with very few white specks through it ## i found these two red capsules a deep red the kind of capsules that have one half inside of the other inside is this weird brown rocky stuff with very few white specs through out it and its all in one solid piece in the shape of the capsule any help would be appreciated ## If there are no markings on them, it is going to be difficult to determine what they actually contain. We can rule them out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication, since they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. However, that still leaves several possibilities, the highest probability is that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could ... ...

If the tablet is clean looking light blue it's real. If speckled blue it's a fake valium made in someones "lab" . MA Holder pharmaceutical makes them. i found half of a pill and on one side it has wat and the other side only a number 9 it is white and oblong. I was thinking maybe xanax? ## Hi Lacey, Since you have only half the pill, there's only half of an imprint to search for; meaning it will be impossible to know for 100% certain what the pill actually is. The closest match I can find is Norco; which is a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (325 mg - 5 mg). IT is a white oval pill with red specks and the imprint WATSON on one side and 913 on the other. Manufacturer: Watson Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 52544-0913 Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. I was in a bad accident back in March of 2012, I was on a snow machine ( mobile for who call it that) and was hit by a large SUV. I had a shattered pelvis, broken hip and broken femur. I've found that the qualitest 5/325 white pills with red specks work best for me compared to other brands, but of late I've had to take more to feel a relief. I'm wondering if they make the same type just stronger. I don't know if it's the red specks they use in them that makes it different with others. I also just moved and am worried my new state won't have that brand even if I can't get a raised dose with my next doctor. I hate taking so many, wish I didn't have to take them at all to be honest. I have tried to go my normal route and stop taking them to lower my need for... ...

Is this pill 5 mg or 10mg? And what does the 3604 stand for? ## Hello, Doc! How are you? The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. That's what the 3604 V is, it's just the code that Vintage/Qualitest has chosen to use on this pill to identify it as their product. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

I have just taken the rest of my white oblong pill and I'm wondering if I will be ok to take the speckled ones. I didn't know whether they are two different pills and if I can combine the medicication together? ## Hello, Courtney! How are you? If they are both Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen, then they are the same and taking them hours apart wouldn't be considered combining them, anyway. That would require taking them together, or very close together.
