I found some pills in my kid's room that are white oblong tablets with 5500 on one side & nothing on the other. What is this pill? ## The marking is actually "S500" instead of "5500" (first letter S instead of number 5). As others have stated, it contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 68210-0013 among others). This is a white oblong pill with M on one half of the front of the pill and B3 on the other half......Reverse side is split into thirds and has 5 5 5 on it. This is actually 25 mg of lamotrigine as the 100mg tablets are much larger and sheild shaped.
