My sister found a pill with imprint z on one side and 7092 on the other. White with pink dots, oblong. ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything matching this description. Where did she find it? I'm wondering if there's a possibility that it's a foreign medication. (Just the general location, I'm not asking you to post the exact location of your family, for instance if you live in California, there could be a chance that it's from Mexico.) Worried about deadly effect of Vicodine. I do suffer from extreme pain from Gout and extreme bunions. ## The 5gs of Hydrocodone in this is a narcotic opiate and is coupled with 325gs of Acetaminophen. However, the only way it would really be deadly is if someone had a severe allergy to one of the ingredients or if you would overdose on it. I have been prescribed Hydrocodone 5-325, for over a year. They were white oblong with red dots & a v on the other side. My last two refills have been ip109, is there a difference? Because I had a urine test & was told the hydrocodone didn't show up. ...
