Mallinckrodt hydrocodone/apap pills several years ago changed. This sounds like a similar thing to what used to be the caplet (large) shaped pills; M 0367 is now the M367 10/325mg tablet. I believe that they all changed to the same size and shape, dropping initial '0'. Some codes went out of use, most changed inbthe way described, but this tablet, if one og those, is unlikely to be of use, those things having changed well over 15 years ago. Advice; email Covidien. When in doubt... I did the same with Aspen re: Pax diazepam and Purata oxazepam, recently changed, and received courteous reply reassuring me within 48 hours. It's a capsule that's blue on one half, and green on the other half, and it's supposedly a 15 mg hydrocodone pill. But there's no markings on it at all. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to discover exactly what this contains. If it does contain 15mgs of Hydrocodone, then it has to have been something specially ordered by a doctor and compounded by a specialty pharmacy, since it is not an amount that is normally available.
