which pill is faster release the one with 512 on it or the one with watson 749 on it ## I have a light green pill with 242 on it it is quick release oxy supposed to be 15 but I think 10, it is not working like 15 ## 512 has 325 mg of Acetaminophen and 5 mg of Oxycodone. Watson 749 is the exact same dosage as the 512 pill. They should both be the same effect, because they both contain the exact amount of each active ingredient.
