Found a round white pill, it has an M on top of 146. Please hep me ID this pill. ## Im looking up this one also...all i can say is..Ggood Luck!!....lol. cuz i havent found nothing about it.. ## This is a generic Mylan brand pill called spironolact (25mg) it is a potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill) that prevents your body from absorbing too much salt and keeps your potassium levels from getting too low used for treatment of high blood pressure. ## immichael is correct on the id, he just spelled the name of the med wrong, it is called Spironolactone. Found a pill that I'm trying to find out what it is. It's white oblong and has B 146 on one side. Nothing on the other side. ## Hello, Sally! How are you? Instead of B, could the marking possibly be a stylized E? If so, this tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 750mgs of Nabumetone, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

I found an oval white tablet marked with lP 146. My son has been taking it for pain, or so he said. ## The pill in description marked IP 146 is Reprexain; which is a combination of Hydrocodone (5 mg) + Ibuprofen (200 mg). Reprexain is used to treat moderate to severe pain, and is also used as an antitussive to treat cough in formulations such as Codiclear.

What is the pink and white capsule with a red band in the middle and the number 1462 ## The marking is actually L 462 and this capsule contains 25mgs of Diphenyhydramine, it is a generic or store brand of Benadryl, which is used to treat allergies. The 44 followed by 3 additional numbers tells me that this is an over the counter product. However, I am unable to find one with the numbers 146 on it. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? In the meantime, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

I started on spironolact 25mg tab mylan 6 months ago now I have a breast lump. can it be related? round white pill with M then a 145 etched in the pill. The M is above the 145. The pill is about as big as the end of a womens pinky ## Spironolactone 25 mg actually has the imprint M over 146. I am guessing that you might have meant that, as the number on the pill might be easy to confuse.
