I'm trying to identify a white oblong, capsuled shaped pill with the logo RE 414 on one side and and the other is smooth, not scored ## Hi Momo, The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "RE 212" rather than "RE 414". This pill is also white and elongated/oval. I found a small round blue pill with and -R on the front and the numbers 021 on the back. What is it? ## Hi kara, Based on your description, the closest match I could find is a Blue & White oval shaped pill marked with "R 021". I have yet to see a photo of the pill, but it's identified as Flurazepam hydrochloride 15 mg, used in the treatment of insomnia. I have an unidentified pill. Looks like my old generic vicodin pills. It is white and oval shaped. It is scored down the center, like cutting the pill in half if you wanted to split it easily.
