I found a white oval or barrel-shaped pill with G on one half of the pill and L on the other half. Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic.
