White Oval Pill With Score On One Side And Imprint The Other

I have a white oval-shaped tablet. One side has an imprint of "IMO" and the other side is scored in the middle. Is it a pain pill? ## Hi Janiece, I located a white oval pill that has IMO on one side and scored on the back with the numbers 2 | 125 on each side of the scoreline. I realize your description doesn't have numbers, but part of me suspects whether this might be related based on the striking resemblance I'm seeing. If it's of any help, the pill I'm describing is reportedly identified as Imodium advanced (Loperamide 2 mg / Simethicone 125 mg); used for treating diarrhea. For verification, the manufacturer/distributor is listed as McNeil Consumer Healthcare and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 00045-0202. Does anyone else have thoughts to add?

I have several White Oblong Oval Pills With a Score On One Side And Blank The Other. it is a 1/4 inch thick and has no taste. ## If there are no markings, it is most likely going to be difficult to narrow down what they contain. We can rule them out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. That means it's most likely an over the counter product and that leaves it open to many possibilities. Where did you find them? Had you purchased any OTC products or supplements recently?

White oval pill, scored on one side, a 5 on one side of the scoring, and a 6 on the other side of the scoring. On the opposite side there is either an M or W imprinted. I have half a pill, I know Ive taken the other half in the past but don't remember what it is. What I can see (now keep in mind its only half a pill) R on one side and 3 on the other, Not sure of what else would have been written on the pill... Any ideas? ## I'm finding way too many different variations of numbers and possibilities when I research white oval pills, with an R on one side and a 3 on the other. Do you know whether or not the pill has a score line, or even perhaps some measurements (in millimeters) of the half pill, to help get a better idea of its actual size in relation to other white oval pills? A few of the imprints I came across for white oval pills are: RDY 293 RX 713 RUGBY 39 14 R 316 I hope this helps! Does anyone else have an idea of what this could be?

I cannot identify this pill. Most have numbers when I look up the description. The 2 letters also have an imprinted oval around them. ## I haven't come across any close matches in particular, but if it's a "W W" I'm thinking it could possibly stand for West-Ward Pharmaceuticals. Apotex Corp. also has a strange logo that looks like it might be easily confused for two M's, depending on how you look at it. But these pills tend to have other numbers on them as well. I would consider contacting West-Ward Pharma, just to see if it happens to be one of their own products: west-ward.com/contact.php I hope this helps in any way! ## It might be isosorbide dinitrate oral (Isordil).

The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. I found this pill at my sisters. She has abused in the past so I am curious. It is an oval shaped, white and scored in the middle. The imprint on one side is 45. The imprint on the other is a C (I believe). Can you tell me what this is? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listings for this in our U.S. prescription drug resources. There nothing listed with a C 45 marking and I tried other variations, as well. Have you tried just asking her about them? ## I am wondering what pill I have is. It's oblong and imprinted half moon on one side and a and c on other side?

P with a circle around it ## That's a pretty vague imprint and it's going to be hard to narrow down what this is. There is a similar logo on Primatene pills, however, they are round, not oval and they are also yellow. That said, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Can you provide anymore information on it?
