this pill that i have is white oval with a t symbold on one side and r18d written on the other side. I was told this was vicodin 10mg..Is this true? ## R180 with a score mark on the other side is not Vicodin, nor any type of narcotic. It actually contains 4mgs of Tizainidine, a generic for Zanaflex, a muscle relaxant. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
