White Oval Pill 84

I found a half of a white oval pill scored 84 (the left half is missing) In my teenage sons room. I'd like more info befour I ask him about it. Any help or advice please? ## With only half of the pill, so this site doesn't know the full imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. There are several possibilities, both among prescription medications and over the counter products. Just as an example: A white, oval, marked L484 is 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic, or store brand of Tylenol. It could be half of this one is the imprint is kind of shallow and not well done, since it's an over the counter product. Not sure if I'm reading the numbers stamped on the pill correctly but I've tried every other number search to no avail. ## I think the marking you are looking at may actually be BI BI 84 84, it is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a .025 Mirapex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Pramipexole, which is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and loss of bladder control. white oval pill with v on one side and 35/84 on other side ## This tablet is called Ibudone, it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a narcotic pain reliever. The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. I have found some light brown or peach color with 40 on one side and an o n with a line above or under it.
