This Pill Is Round, Not Oval Or Oblong Like The Anxiety Meds Say.Theres ( M B2 On One Side No Line And Nothing On The Other).I Found It On My Floor And Have Noooo Idea What It Is Or Where It Came From... Anyone Know? ## I would actually suggest contacting the manufacturer of the oval-shaped version of this pill, just to see if they make a round pill. All of my searches come up with an oval pill, so I can only assume that it may be from the same manufacturer (Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.): mylan.com/contact_us.aspx Perhaps they can at least point you in the right direction. This looks like a round version of a Xanax bar. Is this Xanax? ## A white oval tablet with rounded corners is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 15mgs of Buspirone, which is most commonly used to treat anxiety (NDC 0378-1165). The medication is the same. The rectangular bar is simply a higher dosage than the individual tablet. ## In some cases the dosage may even be the same, the bars are just made so they can easily be cut in half for someone who has trouble swallowing pills or needs to take a lower dosage. The difference you are experiencing may be caused by switching from one brand to another, generics are allowed to differ from the name brands by as much as plus or minus 20% of the act...

oval,white M and B pill ## Are there any other markings on the tablet? There are several tablets marked with an MB that are all white and oval, however, none of them are Metropolol, they are Buspirone and the dosage depends on what the other number is on the tablet.
