This is Methadone (they call these particular ones Coffins). It is coffin shaped with an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is generally prescribed for opioid withdrawal symptoms, but this particular coffin Methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management. I picked up my prescription for bupropion HCL XL and noticed the shape and imprint is different than it's ever been. It is an oblong tablet with "I" on one side and 13 on the other. It is supposed to be a pain pill but it's not working at all. I have been prescribed the medicine and it always worked well enough to allow me to function, but this new pill doesn't work. The pill is very small and is about same size & shape of an over the counter Reactine Allergy pill. My generic brand of Lipitor was recalled. CVS gave me replacement of above in the old bottom.
