Only have half of pill its oblong but flat top n bottom last number's are 012D 1/2 the pill is aprox. 1/2 inch its the color of spicy brown mustered. If that helps ## Hi jon, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a half white/half tan oblong shaped pill, marked with "06/012D" on one side and blank on the other.
