White oblong pill no markings - looks like it could be generic lortab 10. Can u help? ## I don't care what shape or color they are - Any controlled substance "will" have a code number always... Also, it will be scored for breaking in half. You can take this to the bank. ## Keith is correct about the marking, however, that is only true if they are manufactured and/or approved in the U.S. If they have no imprint, they can be ruled out as being a legal U.S. prescription medication. However, the score mark is not actually required on them, or on any other tablets. Where were they found? ## I purchased Tylenol with Codeine in Canada that are white and have no markings on them whatsoever. ## I just got these white oblong pills with no markings. Does Vicodin fit this description? C...

I am trying to figure out what this pill is. It is oblong shaped (rectangular with rounded edges), blank on one side, and the other side has the imprint code RAN 1. Because this pill is Canadian in origin I am not able to find it in any of the standard U.S. drug databases. Anybody have ideas as to what this could be? ## The tablet from Canada with RAN 1 on it is called RAN™-RISPERIDONE, containing Risperidone 1 mg. It is manufactured by Ranbaxy Canada, with a Drug Identification Number of 02280922. "RAN-RISPERIDONE is available as the following ... 1 mg risperidone as white, oblong, biconvex, film-coated tablets. The tablets have 'RAN 1' inscribed on one side and blank on the other side. Blisters of 60, bottles 500." [1] This medication is an Atypical Antipsychotic...

It has no imprint at all, looks oblong shape, friend said theyre from canada thats why theres no imprint. he sent picture f the bottle. But then again it could be bottle for something else not these, bottle was legit company life and says what's in it. I need to know if this is really codeine. please respond ASAP, any info helps ## I don't understand why the bottle he showed is very specific about what's in it and 'professionally looking' but there would be no imprint on the pill. I would expect Canada to have imprints, maybe some other underdeveloped country's wouldn't but this is Canada pill if its true what they are ## Hmmm this has me very intrigued. What does everyone else think?? ## Canada does not have the same imprint laws that the U.S. does and the i...

Small, white, oblong (rather than oval) pill scored and imprinted with I N or N I on one side - I am in Canada, in case that makes a difference in the appearance. ## white, oblong (rectangular with edges rounded) pill, scored in the middle, and imprinted on one side with and I and N (or N and I) - Canadian - trying to identify ## Oh, here's the post. This gentleman reached me by email. None of my searches have turned up anything for this. This does seem to be Canadian in origin, but I have yet to make a positive I.D. I even reached out to a pharmacist in Canada but they were stumped as well. Does anyone else know? ## the imprint might be a lower case L, i.e. l or an upper case i, i.e. I ## I think this may be lorazepam.I have similar pills and in Canada ## Mbnc can you post back wit...

Oblong white pill with no markings on either side; between 1/2 - 3/4 long by 5/16 wide ## IF it has no markings, then it is not a U.S. prescription medication of any type. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. Where was it found/obtained? Was it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## It was given to me by a co-worker claiming it was some kind of tyl/codiene pill. Found it fishy due to no markings wondered if it was generic plain tylenol or possibly Tyl/cod from another country? Canada? ## I have found 2 white long pills that are blank one side and Tylenol ER on the other what are they? ## Yes --- the plain white round pills are Tylenol with codeine. There are no markings whatsoever on these pills. I just got a bunch of Tylenol #4's from a friend who said he go...

I have two pills capsule shaped with a line on one side and a P in a circle on the other they are white ## Let P in a circle on a white oblong shaped table, there is just a line on the other side, does anyone know what this is? ## Hi Craig, The closest match I've been able to is a round yellow pill with a P inside a circle (the circle is about the same circumference as the pill itself) and then a score line on the back. One source tells me that the pill I just described is Primatene (Ephedrine- 12.5 mg + Guaifenesin- 200 mg). However, there is another "P in circle logo" that I found an image of, and apparently it's the Pharmascience Canada logo. With the imprint being so vague it's hard to know for certain what the pill is... Where did you find it? Has anyone else se...

I received what I thought was ambien 10mg. A white oblong tablet with the word SAFE embrossed on one side nothing on the other. I have never seen it this way before. ## There have been several reports of people receiving these pills as Ambien from foreign sources, mainly the Philippines, however, we've been unable to confirm this. It can be difficult, with foreign medications, since they are not as strictly regulated and are not required to log their imprints, like companies that are approved to sell their medications in the U.S. and Canada. Is anyone familiar with this tablet? ## I too have received this "SAFE" imprinted white oblong tablet three times. Twice with the name of Ativan written below the barcode on the labeled bottle and once with Stilnox in that same place. It...

This particular pill contains citalopram HBr equivalent to 20mgs of citalopram, and is manufactured in Canada. oblong white pill with 500 on the back. ## Nobody seems to know what this is - There's a good chance that it is one of the following: 1.) An obscure over-the-counter product. OTC products aren't forced to be cataloged the way prescription meds are. You can almost always find an imprint match for a prescription med. 2.) A product from outside the United States and/or Canada. Where did you get this pill from? Mark ## I have the same pills I found in my truck. I lived in Tucson when I bought the truck so the likely thing is it comes from Mexico but I dont have any clue what it is????? Does anyone! ## I WENT TO MEXICO FOR GLASSES IN NOGALES & WHILE I WAS THERE WANTED TO FIND A CHEAPER ANTIBIOTIC FOR MY CAT. SOME GUY SAID HE GOT THESE PILLS MARKED 9239-M ON ONE SIDE & 500 ON ...

oblong shape-white pill-number 5113 V imprint on pill. ## My wife has a prescription of Darvecet and has been taking two pills every eight hours and the bottle says take one every four hours. I tried to tell her that it doesn't work that way but I am not sure. Maybe one every two hours? Help! ## That is correct, taking them in that manner doesn't work and one should never adjust the dosing schedule, without their doctor's approval. As to Darvocet, to add some updated information on that to this post, it has now been removed from the market in the U.S., Canada and most other countries, due to the fact that it was found to cause severe risks of cardiac dangers, as well as an inordinate number of overdose fatalities. These issues were associated with the Propoxyphene in it, so ...
