what is the strength of this pill, and is it vicodin? ## I cannot locate any information on a white, scored oblong pill with the marking of V 360. The closest I can find has the marking of V 3600, but it is pink and doesn't have a score line. That tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which are the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. Can you tell me anything else about the pill in question? trying to id a pill: it is large, oval/oblong with Rx on one side and 360 on other ## I was not able to find an exact match for RX 360. The closest thing I could find was a white oblong tablet with RX 860 on it. Do you think there is any way that the 8 could have been mistaken as a 3? If so, RX 860 is Metformin extended release 500 mg, used in treating type II diabetes.

Drug store refiiled my prescription with a white oblong pill M367. I have been taking a yellow oblong pill 35 01 with a v on one side. Both I know are Hydrocondon-Acetaminopn 10-325. I recognize the M and V as the trademark manufacturer. I have found the yellow pill to be more effective than the white. Is this possible? ## Hi Karen, Different manufacturers use different inactive ingredients, binders, fillers etc...when making their "unique" formulations so it's possible that something that was used in the white pill could be causing your body to metabolize it differently than the yellow one. I found a white with red speckels l484 imprint in my sons room. what is this. I know that I have found solid white ones on the internet but none with red speckels. These are the first ones ever I have seen from Pars Pharmacy and they are the lowest quality I have ever had to use. I have been taking norco daily for pain since 2004. I have never complained before about Generic medicine quality but this drug wears off at 2 hours if it even starts to work at all. I reported the pills to FAERS because they feel literally like a placebo. I have also reported this to my Pharmacy, pharmacy manager, the CVS Headquarters was notified and District Manager was notified, my Physician was notified and I saw him a week ago. We had a long discussion. He gave me a new prescription and told me go to a different pharmacy but even talking to pharmacies to learn what kind of Norco they ordered is like almost pulling teeth. The reason I ask is because I ran a search and the only pill which came up as a close visual match is a white oblong tablet, with M360 on one side, and a score mark in the middle of the other side. If this is what you have then it's a common mix of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone (essentially a generic Vicodin), which is a narcotic pain killer. hydrocodone white with red specks with a V on the pill ## This pill is Hydrocodone 7.5 500 APAP ## It is only that if it is an oblong pill that also has the numbers 3591 on it, as well as the V. Does this match the tablet in question? I have white oval shaped pills that were given to me & told they are generic Loratabs. On one side they are blank & the other side is scored with uppercase letters IP on the left side & on the right side are the numbers 111. Are these in fact generic Loratabs or something similiar?
