Pill has a 20 on one side and a line on the other side in the middle of the pill. It's round and the pill is white. It's not as little as a Percocet 30 m box but not as big as a Percocet 512. I get 10 mg. Endocodil in Mexico made by BioGenTec. It is supposed to be the same as the oxycontin prescribed to me in the U.S. However it is not the time released version that I prefer, and is very expensive. I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. Percocet contains the active ingredients Oxycodone, and Acetaminophen, and the maximum dosage of it available contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. I can however say that it is most-likely made by the Canadian company "Novopharm"; which I believe is now called Teva-Canada. I was taking 2 white 5mg oxycodone IR tabs 2x/day but they were only partially useful in reducing my pain. My doctor reluctantly prescribed 2 pink 10 mg oxycodone IR (= 20mg) tabs every 12 hours. The number 048 is on these tabs. I have had them for three days now and I am taking them as prescribed, but they do not seem to work nearly as well as the former 5mg white tabs. Is this an issue that is simply in my head or is there a reason why taking 2 of the pink 10 mg tabs twice a day aren't working like I thought they would?
