I am in Houston, TX. Where can I buy Flanax for my mother who has arthritis? ## Please note that Flanax isn't available at local US-based pharmacies. However, it is readily available OTC on Amazon who does ship products all across America, so I would encourage you to check there first. The active ingredient in Flanax is Naproxen, so alternatively you could also look for another product that contains that as the active ingredient, such as Aleve, or the equivalent store brands and generics. I've been buying tussigon from costco. ## Tussigon contains hydrocodone (dihydrocodeinone) bitartrate, a semi-synthetic centrally-acting narcotic antitussive. Homatropine methylbromide is included in a sub-therapeutic amount to discourage deliberate overdosage. All of the big chain pharmacies should have access to this medication (on location or through mail order) if you present them with a valid script. Are you having any success or difficulties getting it filled through Costco?

I recently tried to purchase sine-aid at CVS. They could not locate in their catalog let alone sell it. They used to sell it but you had to ask the druggist. ## It does not appear to be available in the U.S., any longer. I am not sure if it is temporary or permanently discontinued. Sine Aid contains Pseudoephedrine and Acetaminophen, the first ingredient probably explains why it is no longer available. Since these products have been moved behind the counter, to prevent abuse, many of them have lost sales and stopped making their products. However, you could ask at the pharmacy for what else they have available that has the same ingredients.
