I have used hydrocodone for more than 15 yrs, due to lupus and fibromyalgia. I want to get off it and was wondering: if I go into detox, will they then put me on drug replacement therapy? I take 30-40 mg of hydro./day (3-4 Norco) but I don't go buy pills or dr. shop - that is my RX ## I would recomend cymbalta it works for depression anxiety and fibromyalgia. So it works for the pain strangley enough and puts you in a good mood not like other antidepresants. I posted earlier my difficulty in finding a physician that will write Lortab/Norco and that especially since I do not have insurance I can not afford to pay $100 just to be told they wont write any narcotic.I have all necessary documentation for my legitimate need for medication, I used to take 120 30 mg roxicette monthly so i am definitely not trying to obtain a ridiculous amount of meds, just need some relief, I cant afford to miss work because I'm hurting too much to get out of bed nor do I want to buy them off the street which we all know is possible. Had my Hydrocodone/ibuprofen 10-200 MG filled at an independent pharmacy (major chain pharmacy would take 2 weeks). I was given purple colored tabs with 35 86 on one side, V on other side. This is NOT even making a dent in my pain. Found out it was Ibudone and much cheaper for pharmacy to buy and make a profit on! Pharmacist insists it's the same, and won't order another manufacturer's as there is not enough profit. NOW I'm stuck for 30 days with ineffective class ll meds. These new DEA laws are hurting the patients, as pharmacies are outright lying to not have to fill prescriptions.

difference between hydrocodone and hydrocloride ## I am not certain exactly what you mean by this. Hydrocodone Bitarate is a narcotic analgesic, used to treat severe pain. A hydrochloride just signifies that something is a salt of that particular substance, such as Pyridine Hydrochloride. So, medically they are unrelated. Beware of buying from this overseas pharmacy that is circulating in spam mail that purports to provide Vicodin ES. They ship from Pakistan, and the pills are fake Vicodin ES generics (with a watson 387 etched in). They aren't just benign fakes--they have some sort of upper in them, maybe some speed or viagra or something. Not a pleasant experience at all. ## Watson 387 SHOULD contain 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin ES, a narcotic analgesic. Many other people are telling me that ip 110 which is another generic form of hydrocodone 10/325, does not work for them nearly as well as watson 853, which is a better generic of the same thing - hydrocodone 10/325.
