I found the way for you to make your own fermented wheat germ. I took it in the treatment of my own stage IV rectal cancer and I'm still alive 3 years later. They gave me 7% chance to live 6 to 18 months. Black currant is called "grosellas negras ó casis" in Spanish. They are posted on Google España. The way to ferment "germen de trigo", brotes de trigo, is to mix it with bakers yeast, the same one that is used to make bread, for 18-24 hours. For more information you can go to Google English and search "how to prepare fermented wheat germ" and you'll get the answer, here's the site: poolishwheatgermbread - the Denver Naturopathic Clinic ## Hi Matasanos, Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this info. It seems that to make Avemar (fermented wheat germ) all you need to do is get wheat germ and mix it with water and brewers yeast for 18 hours at 86 degrees Fahrenheit. You can then use it and even make bread with it and eat some each day. Fortunately I don't need it but reading all the people who do it would be a whole lot cheaper than paying $200 for pills and not knowing if it will work. ## OK JOE, can u give me the exact percentage of each ingredient (wheat germ, water, and brewers yeast). Sounds interesting, I would like to give it a try. ## Figuring out the exact percentages of each ingredient would likely be a long shot, namely because the makers of Avemar have not even listed it for their own product. If they did, they'd probably lose out on a lot of business... but maybe...

I read in a medical newsletter that fermented wheat germ sold under the name of Avemar , also avaialble from amazon, is able to reduce all types of tumors, at least in the laboratory as described in 34 different publications of which I read the summaries. I read one publication in detail. Does anyone have any experience with the fermented wheat germ, or know of anyone who has taken it? I did read the reviews on amazon, some postive, others negative with respect to problems with shipping (did not arrive cold) ## @Louisa, I've also done research on fermented wheat germ extract (Avemar) and while I haven't personally taken it, a lot of reviews do come across as being positive; not to mention all the studies published online as well. Probably worth giving a shot if you or someone yo...

What is h-86 and how can you get it? ## Hi Ollie, H-86 is actually just another name for (Avemar) fermented wheat germ extract, that a company by the name of HSI (Health Sciences Institute) came up with to brand it differently. According to a number of related threads on here, that particular company is thought to be a scam and in my own honest opinion upon investigation of those claims, should be avoided. However, there are plenty other retailers/distributors of "Avemar" and "fermented wheat germ extract", that you can find by simply searching for those keywords online. American BioScience is one manufacturer of brand name Avemar/Avé Ultra who lists their products on Amazon. Hope this helps! ## Graviola Benefits* · 100% Pure, all-natural product · Contain...

Can you post any information on the effects of h-86 as a cancer treatment, where it can found, and at what cost? ## According to some of the discussion threads here on this site, H-86 is just another name for (Avemar) fermented wheat germ extract. If you run a search for this, you may have better luck coming up with the type of results you're looking for. Here is a related thread with much more info on it: h 86 cancer cure, or you can also find a more complete listing of H86 topics: /topics/h-86/. Hope this helps and wish you the best! ## H-86 is not yet available to the public, as human trials have not yet begun. But studies since the mid 80s have been performed on mice, and prove very promising. You can find some interesting facts at Wikipedia by looking up CD-47, which is the pro...

We are from India. My wife who is 75 years of age & is diabetic & hypertensive was advised by her physician in India to take the following supplement: E-Cod Cap manufactured by Sanofi India. This capsule contains: Cod liver oil 100 mg, Wheat Germ Oil 200 mg, Fish Lipid Oil 150 mg, Tocotreinols (50%) 5 mg & Vitamin E (Acetate) 10mg. Since our stay in the USA is extended, I would appreciate it if anyone can suggest an equivalent or near equivalent medicine available in the USA. ## I am still not able to locate any OTC medicine with these combination: Cod liver oil 100 mg, Wheat Germ Oil 200 mg, Fish Lipid Oil 150 mg, Tocotreinols (50%) 5 mg & Vitamin E (Acetate) 10mg. ## None available in USA with this combination of constituents. ## Personally, I don't know what is av...

DOSE ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT JENNY THOMPSON? I CAN NOT FIND ANY OF THESE ITEMS IN THE MIRACLES FROM THE VAULT ## Hi Harold, Just an FYI, various products from the health science institute are deemed to be a scam. H-86 is apparently a form of fermented wheat germ extract (which has displayed anti-cancer properties). But as far as the HSI company itself being legitimate, I think enough people throughout the forums here have already been scammed by buying into their subscription on miracles from the vault. In light of that, I'd encourage you to check out this other discussion thread pertaining to another product from the health science institute, evidently showing that they are not a trustworthy company after all: Discuss/DBX-13-scam-261559.htm I hope this helps! ## Look up the Hea...

Can be ordered from health science institute HSI ## @dam, If you haven't seen any of the other related threads here on H86, then you may want to have a look. A lot of information has been posted here about H86 over the past few months now, some comments already stating exactly what you said. H86 is basically fermented wheat germ extract, marketed under the name Avemar. Someone in another thread actually took the time to post a recipe on how to make it (linked below): Discuss/H86-cancer-cure-252776.htm However I'd still like to see more feedback from people who've tried it on a continuous basis with success. Is this something you've used before? ## How long is the right time to fermented. And how much from each, do you have the recipe? I have tumors all over my body, the ...

I have seen many people suffering from sinus, and I have too. I used to go to the doctor every fall with it because it got me down. I quit smoking and still every fall again and again it bothered me. Well I ran across a book called "EAT AND HEAL. in it it told what to eat to avoid certain illnesses. And guess what yogurt, ligumes, wheat germ, wheat bread, and fruits and drinking lots of water. I gave up caffeine for that period of time and drank water. It whipped it. I was amazed at the difference in just a few days. Now when I get that sinus thing I get from allergies, I just add those foods to my diet with lots of water and its one in a couple three days. I eat three bananas a day, and haven't had a cold in 4 years. It works. Try it. ## I am glad you've found a solution. H...

Where can I find H-86? I have tumors all over, Once they were pre-cancerous in my colon. I want to know where I can find this if the polyps keep returning or return cancerous. ## Get on cannabis oil its proven to work ## Hi Jan, Sorry to hear about your situation. In regards to H-86, that's actually just another term for "fermented wheat germ extract" **also commonly referred to as Avemar** that a phony company by the name of HSI (Health Science Institute) coined in their marketing campaign. Because HSI is widely thought to be a scam (see other related threads here for more details) I wouldn't recommend going through them at all. From what I could gather, Avemar and other similar brands can be found elsewhere without the headache of HSI getting involved. On one last note...

where are they found? ## Hi Gerard, I'm not sure what abbreviation "DBX" stands for, but lately there has been a lot of speculation about H86, how it works as a cancer treatment, and where you might be able to obtain it. Unfortunately however, there seems to be a lack of supporting evidence from credible sources explaining what H86 really is. Some say it's fermented wheat germ, others say black currant extract, and even something called Avemar... Perhaps visiting one of the other discussion threads on here can help shed some light on the topic for you: Discuss/h-86-cancer-cure-250866.htm Discuss/H86-cancer-cure-252776.htm And if anyone else has additional information on DBX or at least what it stands for, please post back with more details so we can all be on the same pa...

WHERE CAN I FIND THIS H86. I HAVE CANCER IN BOTH KIDNEYS, STAGE 4 & IN MY STOMACH. I ALSO NEED THE STUFF FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. THANK YOU. ## Look up a book - from the library called "Miracles from the Vault". ## Hi Elaine, Sorry to hear about your situation. From what I could gather, H-86 is a coined term by the Health Sciences Institute that refers to 'fermented wheat germ extract'... Avemar being the brand name; which is available online for around $100-$200 at the timing of this post. You can also view the manufacturer's webpage for Avemar with a quick google search. The US National Institute of Health also has information on cannabis as a cancer/tumor cure, which I'd strongly encourage you to investigate as well. Concerning hypertension, a registered d...

August 4, 2003. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2394381 ## Yes, there are over 100 published studies supporting it. They can be found under various names related to the evolution of the product- FWGE, Fermented Wheat Germ Extract, Ave, Avemar, Metatrol and Metatrol Pro. Each evolution has produced a stronger product. The Original Avemar coming out of Europe is a foul tasting large amount of powder and not desirable in my opinion. The newer Metatrol is made in the U.S. and is in convenient capsule form. ## Most studies I've found, including the one posted by snapshot say it may carry...

Why is hsi giving people the idea that it is a mircle drug, when it cures nothing? All that i see is that it does makes u fat and builds muscle. ## I have Breast and Brain cancer and I would like to know where you get H86? ## From what I've researched, HSI is a scam company. The coined term 'H86' is part of their marketing scheme. However, what it stands for (aka Avemar/Fermented Wheat Germ Extract) is apparently legitimate in that Fermented Wheat Germ has been proven to fight cancer; rather effectively at that: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20155632 The notion that all it does is make you fat and builds muscle is a misinformed representation from lack of research. For anyone who may be seeking Avemar, I'd recommend that you google it for a list of vendors. Something else wort...

iv heard some talk about this drug , where can it be bought at , do I need a doctor to prescribe it .... ## Apparently there is a book called "Miracle from the Vault" (by the Health Sciences Institute) that's supposed to tell you what it is and where you can get it at. I for one haven't come across any specific details regarding H-86 outside of what some users have been posting here on the site. I know someone with stage 4 breast cancer. It has spread to her liver, she has a tumor on her breast bone, etc. How has H-86 worked against this aggressive stage of cancer? ## Hi Michelle, From what I understand, there are no real reports of H-86 being a legitimate cancer drug. There are less than a handful of vague articles that briefly state it's use for such treatments. One other user on here found information claiming it to be a type of fermented wheat germ; however I personally have yet to come across any specific details linking them to one another. If anyone else out there has more information on this H-86 substance, please do share! On a side note, I would like to add that there are several (yes, several) other types of natural cancer killers out there if you do the research...

H86 appears to be their trademark name for fermented wheat germ extract. Looks like bored medical students are having a little fun at victims expense ## @RodsMed8alil, I too am a skeptic of the "H-86" that's being promoted by HSI (Health Science Institute), as this particular company’s webpage does resemble that of other scammers (i.e. lots of advertisements and several of those “ORDER NOW” buttons on the same page). However further investigation suggests that H-86 is actually another name for "fermented wheat germ extract" (available under brand names such as Avemar). Personally, I wouldn’t trust anything coming through HSI, but I can't ignore the studies on PubMed which do regard fermented wheat germ extract as a viable treatment option for cancer: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16126993 Anyone else have thoughts on...

how many tablets of Pharex Vitamin E i can take per day? is this allowed for student? ## Hi Cinday, Based on my research, Vitamin E refers to a group of eight fat-soluble compounds that include both tocopherols and tocotrienols. Of the many different forms of vitamin E, ?-tocopherol is the most common in the North American diet. ?-Tocopherol can be found in corn oil, soybean oil, margarine and some dressings. In the North American diet, a-tocopherol, the most biologically active form of vitamin E, is the second-most common form of vitamin E. This variant can be found most abundantly in wheat germ oil, sunflower, and safflower oils. As a fat-soluble antioxidant, it stops the production of reactive oxygen species which are formed when fat undergoes oxidation. Pharex vitamin E (tocopherol)...
