I have a white oblong pill that I found in my sons room. Please let me know what this is. ## I want to know what an M395 pill is, what it is used for and what the side effects of it are? ## Is there any chance that your pill says M365 instead of M395? A white oblong pill imprinted with M365 on one side and scored on the other is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg / 5 mg); used for moderate to severe pain relief. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Mallinckrodt and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 00406-0123. You can also view a photograph of the pill by clicking on the NDC link above. Concerning possible side effects, you can learn more about this drug on the page for Vicodin Details I hope this helps! ## A white oblong m39...

On the bottle I only remember it saying Hydrocodone, (this pill is white oglong scored halfway ant only has M365 on it. but want to know the strength compared with one I got as a prescription today for a tooth extraction that says 7.5 mg/325 mg. ## The one with the M365 also contains Hydrocodone coupled with Acetaminophen, but it only has 5mgs of the Hydrocodone, so it isn't as strong as the one you just received. The Hydrocodone is a narcotic, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, headache and constipation. Learn more: Are there any other comments or questions?

As many as you are prescribed. If this doesn't work you should discuss with your PCP and possibly change to oxycodone 5/325. Even though the amount of aspirin (325mg) is lower than others too much can have adverse effects on your liver and kidneys. That is more to worry about for sure. ## Hi CR, Thanks for the sound advice! I agree with your perception of what might be the next step up from hydrocodone prescriptions; and also the concern of "acetaminophen" toxicity (I'm assuming you meant to say that instead of aspirin - as to my knowledge I don't think they make combinations of aspirin [acetylsalicylic acid] with pain meds), is that correct? Something else that may be worth noting is that oxycodone 5mg is available without acetaminophen as well, so you can easily av...

I have two halves of hydrocodone that both say M36 and the other half is gone. Are Hydrocodone 5's M365 and 10's M367 the exact same size pill or is one smaller? I don't know if I have two halves of a 5 or 10 or one of each? ## Hello. The Hydrocodone with v36 on one side and 09 on the other is a 10-325. The 365 is a 5-325 which is a 5 (but not sure). What is the difference between Hydrocodone m367 and v3609? Are they the same? If so, which one is best or stronger? ## I found this thread because i was wondering if anyone else had noticed a difference. I've been on 10-325 hydrocodone for several years as part of my pain management regimen. Most of the time the pharmacy has given me the generic made by Mallinckrodt (sp?) with the M367 marking and they work well for my pain ...

I have two scripts of hydrocodone. One is stamped m365 and the other is n356. The n356 makes me sleepy & the m365 makes me hyper. Both bottles say they are the same thing, but how can I react so differently to them? ## Both M365 and N356 5, contain a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone at a dosage of 5/325mg. However, there are still some unique differences... The N356 5 pill lists Hydrocodone bitartrate while M365 simply lists Hydrocodone (by itself). Bitartrate is an acid tartrate, that from what I could gather seems to play some sort of role in the absorption process. Each pill also contains a different set of binders and fillers. So it may be that some of these supposedly inert chemicals are affecting the way your body would typically respond to the medication as a whole....
