Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## This pill came from the Philippines and was suppose to be something for pain. I have checked every source I could think of and nothing. ...

I have a white round pill with no printing on either side, what is it? ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains.
