I was given a white oblong pill with p500 on one side and blank on the other side, I was told it is tyleonol, but is it? I have seen the same shape and imprint on rxlist but the pill was pink not white, and it doesn't say anything about a white pill. Is it Tylenol or propexyphene? ## Were you given this by your doctor or a friend? I only ask because the imprint and color have me questioning its authenticity. Trying to ID a white tablet - one side has 1p 112, other is scored. ## The correct imprint actually uses the letter I rather than the number 1. So it is actually a white tablet with IP 112 inscribed on it. This is a combination pain reliever / narcotic containing Acetaminophen 500 / Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (generic for Lortab). (NDC 53746-112). Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth and constipation.

A tablet enscribed "" is typically Codeine + Paracetamol, usually available over the counter in an 8/500 dosage.
