On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. how does oxycodone hcl 5 mg tablet (small w=round white scored pill w/K on one side and 18 onthe other) differ from endocet 10-325 mg tablet? ## Well, it contains a lower dosage of the Oxycodone, only 5mgs, when there were 10mgs in the Endocet and it doesn't contain any of the Acetaminophen. Thus, this is just a straight, regular release Oxycodone tablet, which would be a generic for Roxicodone. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been taking metropolol 25 mg 2x/day for years. My tablet has been oval shaped with what looks like an "m" then a center score and a script looking "B" under that when the pill is held upright.
