hydrocodone acetaminophen 7.5 325
My doctor changed my medication from Lortab 7.5 500 to Norco 7.5 325, but now i'm super sleepy for about 2 hours now. Any answers ? ## It might be a slight withdrawal effect, due to the lower amount of Acetaminophen, because it potentiates the Hydrocodone. It usually takes about a week or so, for your body to adjust. However, if it continues past that, or worsens, you should consult your doctor. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Its been about 1 1/2 months, but I just found out. The lower the apap the higher Hydrocodone, that's what's make me sleepy now. what are side effects from mixing hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 325 with oxycodone
What are the side effects from mixing hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 325 with oxycodone acetaminophen 5 325? ## I have mixed both but not taken at the same time a few hrs later I may take one and I have had no side effects although I have been on both medications for years so my system maybe used to it. ## It is virtually doubling up on the same medication, so you really should stick with one or the other. Mixing them creates a much easier risk of overdosing, either on the narcotics or the Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Has your doctor prescribed them both? ...

hydrocodone acetaminophen 10 325 tab
I have the worst neck pain. I think it is from sleeping wrong. I have a prescription for the hydrocodone acetaminophen 10 325 tab for a hip pain months ago. I took one pill today and it did nothing. Never worked for hip pain either. Can I take 2. I have to sleep tonight. I will go to doc tomorrow. ## Hi Millie, Sorry to hear about your neck pain. I hope you've managed to find some sort of relief since you posted this thread. As far as double dosing is concerned, no one but your Dr. can legally tell you what is or isn't safe for you to take, based on their clinical evaluation. I will go so far as saying that I know people who have done this and didn't have a problem with the additive effects from doing so... But everyone reacts and responds to these drugs differently, so in s... ...

Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen 10-325mgs
I use it for pain relief after lumbar spinal fusion for L5-S1. My pain is in the right leg this time and is worse at night. Why doesn't the med relieve pain at night ## Hi Lil, Sorry to hear about your challenges with pain management. From your description, it sounds to me like you may just require a stronger medication overall, or possibly something else that can be used as an adjunctive therapy to what you're already taking for pain relief. In either case, this is something best discussed with your doctor or health-care provider, who can suggest and offer other types of treatment options for you during those peak hours of worsening pain. The increased pain at night could simply be an indication that you're beginning to build up a tolerance to this medication's effects.... ...

I am on 5-325. 7.5-325 is more expensive. can I cut a pill in half to get the 7.5 ## Hello, Charlie! How are you? No, that's not a good idea, because you will also get more Acetaminophen that way. how strong is hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 325
Which is easier on body? Tylenol 3 or hydroco/acetaminop 5-325 ## Hello, Hunter! How are you? Since they both contain Acetaminophen, neither is really any easier on the body, they both carry the same risks of possibly causing liver damage. As to pain relief, the Hydrocodone is far more potent and effective than the Codeine in the Tylenol 3. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. hydrocodone 10 acetaminophen 325 mg tab
I am super scared... I have taken a total of 17 hydrocodone 10/300 today. I read (afterward) that 90mg of hydrocone is lethal. I have tried to make myself vomit to get the last pills out, but I cant tell if what is coming up is a dissolved pill or just mucus. I dont want to die!! I dont know what to do. Going to a hospital is not an option, I have children sleeping & no one tp watch them..... ## Hey I'm here : / ## You need to get checked out for side effects of taking too much Acetaminophen/Tylenol. Anything over 4,000 in a 24 hr period can be toxic. You won't immediately feel the side effects of this, but you do need to get checked out. ## To the user who started this thread, I strongly agree with post #2 in that you should get your levels checked to make sure you don'... ...

Itchy throat, Marked and distinct scratchy throat and discomfort, also felt in ears, more during swallowing. Took first doze last night Aug 14 for chest pain and cough. Woke up with pain in ears and throat in about 4hrs. Morning the side effect had weathered to notice. Took another doze. Got 1-2 hrs. sleep, the side effect returned with exact same symptoms. It hurts. It is bothersome. What to do? Is this serious? Or must be managed? ## NO! These are NOT normal side effects of Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen. These are possibly actual symptoms of an allergy to the drug! Stop taking it. Have you contacted your doctor? hydrocodone acetaminophen 7 5 325 t REACTIONS
I THINK I'M HAVING A REACTION TO THESE DARN THING'S. I KEEP ITCHING, IS THIS NORMAL? ## Hello, Truckergirl! How are you doing? Very sorry about the problem that you're having. Do you also have a rash/hives, or are you just itchy? If you have a rash and/or hives, it would most likely be due to an allergic reaction. However, if your skin looks fine and you're just itchy, then it's most likely just a side effect of the medication. Narcotics can cause that in some people and it might just not the right analgesic for you to take. ...

hydrocodone acetaminophen norco 10 325 mg Is it harmful?
Saw a new ortho surgeon. Was taking Hydrocodone/Acetamenaphine 10-325. For lower back pain. He said "oh no, Don't take that!" and presribed Tramadol 50 mg. Why? ## Because it can be highly addictive. Also it is going to go from a Schedule III to a Schedule II, Oct 6, 2014. That means no refills, it can't be called in and you must see your dr at least every 90 days. Even though Tramadol can also be addicting, the risk isn't as great. Tramadol became a Schedule IV Aug 18, 2014. ## Hello, Pete! How are you? Your doctor may also be concerned about the Acetaminophen, taking it for a long time creates the risk of liver damage or failure. These medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation... ...

my hydrocodone has Watson 3202 on white oval pill but pharmacy label has a T following the 325. oxycodone acetaminophen 10 325 mg /hydrocodone 10-325
I was taking hydrocodon 10-325 and now my dr switched me to Percocet 10-325 and when I take it it puts me to sleep for hours and keeps me drowsy all day is this what it is suppose to do when my other hydrocodone didn't do this to me I was able to stay active and alert and do my daily duties. ## Hello, Ricky! How are you? The Oxycodone in the Percocet is actually stronger than the Hydrocodone, so what you're taking now is more potent, which is likely why it's making you drowsy. How long have you been taking it? It should improve after about 4 weeks or so, once your body adjusts to the medication. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. ...

hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 500 being discontinued
Do you know what they will substitute the hydrocodone whith ## Hi Rhonda, They're not actually discontinuing this medication. All they are really doing is lessening the amount of Acetaminophen in their products. It started sometime earlier this year, but all manufacturers have to abide by this new law which only allows up to 325 mgs of Acetaminophen. This is primarily due to safety concerns with liver toxicity. Some pain management patients suggest taking an extra Tylenol to make up for it. However I wouldn't necessarily recommend more of something that is considered to be so toxic. Perhaps steering more in the direction of natural alternatives would be a good choice if you're seeking additional relief with less side effects. I hope this helps! ## Thank you so much for your ... ...
