I'm 27 years old. I have suffered with urinary tract infections for 10 years. My doctor prescribed me levofloxacin (glevo) 500mg and I got free of the infection for 3 months and it's now back. Propranolol Hydrochloride's principal effect is to reduce the response of the heart to stress and exercise and it reduces blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The indications for this drug however, have no apparent relation to Arachnoid cysts or migraine headaches. The only conclusion I can reach is that Propranolol may help with specific symptoms or your body's response to such conditions; possibly allowing your body to relax when either of these conditions could make someone restless with insomnia. Is there a safe way out of Breast Cyst...I mean without surgery?? ## this site is not medical professionals, so we cannot possibly suggest treatment options. However, some cysts are successfully treated with medications, but some do require surgery. It depends on what is causing them and how severe they are. What has your doctor suggested? ## Oh I thought you are a doctor, but never mind... Doctor says it is due to some harmonal imbalance. She says it is filled with water and everytime it grows big they are aspirating it (FNAC)...so quite painful procedure....they say...no end to it......

Can this medicine be used to gratis a tooth infection? ## Hi Heidi, I have my doubts, because Nitrofurantoin has poor tissue penetration and is not indicated to treat anything other than simple cystitis (urinary tract infections). I would however recommend using clove essential oil for tooth and mouth related infections. Not only does it numb the pain, but it also kills the infection. A cheap natural alternative to prescription drugs, that is more effective in my opinion.
