how many mg of oxycodone in a acetaminophen 325 ## Acetaminophen and Oxycodone are two different drugs; therefore the dosage of Acetaminophen does not reflect the dosage of Oxycodone. However in some preparations and combination drugs, such as Percocet, 325mgs of Acetaminophen may be combined with 5-10mgs of Oxycodone for an additive effect on pain relief. Slipped and fell down five steps... injured neck, shoulders, back and lower back. Chiropractor (4 times so far = massage manual & electronic, light manipulation); Physical Therapy (1 time so far = vibrate massage and stretches); all preceded by MD exam (and x-rays to eliminate fractures) and prescription of Hydrocodone 5 325 (126). I WOULD LIKE TO KNOWTHE HIGHEST DOSAGES FOR HYDRCOCONE/ACETAMINOPHEN? ## The highest dosage that is currently available contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen. However, the amount of Acetaminophen in all of these combination products is being lowered, due to a request by the FDA, due to the risk of liver failure or damage that can be associated with long-term use and the danger of overdose toxicity. I’m SUPER conserned because my pharmacy has switched from the yellow Qualitest Norco to 2 different brands I must choose from: Tris Pharma & Lupin Pharma. They are 10/325 Norco. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, fibromyalgia, back surgeries in past and I’m told in future. I can’t stand the idea of being in pain all month. Any advise on which brand to get? I have been given the white Watson brand and the other white ones that say M367 (I think it’s a 7 at the end) they were 10/325 non the less. The Watson brand was ok but the M367 was like taking nothing sometimes. Please help me decide. Those are the only brands I can find.
