Found this white pill in sons room . Just wondering what it is , cannot seem to find any info on these anywhere . It is a white round pill with R over P on one side and 30 on the other side .. The P10 is actually a PIO and stands for pioglitazone which is the generic for Actos. The 30 is for the dosage of 30mg. White round pill from mexico has FL imprint on one side and 30 on other ## I'm sorry but I can't find a listing for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I checked, but they are all relevant to the U.S. Being from Mexico, it may be difficult to determine what the tablet contains, they don't really regulate medications much, at all. What is the for? ## Is the M in a square shape? If so it's Acetaminophen 300 mg and Codeine 30 mg, which is used for the relief of mild/moderate (or in the case of 30/500mg - severe) pain. Didn't check the manufacturer but they are the same as all other 30mg oxycodones. Now, some say the manufacturer makes a big difference in how the meds work and I have to agree due to my experiences with many of them.
