New script does not look like my previous script 1st script was 50mg dark peach color with# an617 my new script is small white tab with the letter m on one side and t7 on the other what is the differance ## Hello, Carla! How are you? The tablet with the M T7 marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it has just been manufactured by a different company. This is very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have some pills call TraMADol HCI 50mg tab Milan they are light blue with C75 on them

Closest I can find is a Promethazine Hydrochloride. Looks exactly the same, but white. ## Hi Tina, Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL. However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other. Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma. Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?

I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain. Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos. ## these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol. ## AN 627 does contain 50mgs of Tramadol, however, there can be some differences in generic drugs, so they may not work as well as the others you were getting. ## These don't seem to be as strong as some of the other tramadol I have taken, such as the Mylan. I don't know why. There should be no reason for this. If u buy a genertic it should act the same as a brand. This pill should be reported and looked into to find out what we are spending money on. It works, but not as strong ...

Is tramodol gluten free. I suffer from bulging disc and recently diagnosed with celiac I just don't know what I can take when need relief ## To my knowledge, most medications don't contain gluten; but to know for sure you would most-likely have to contact the manufacturer of this specific pill or do some self-research for a list of the inactive ingredients in each tablet. If the manufacturer isn't listed on your Tramadol prescription, then I can just as easily look up the imprints and markings on your pill to try and determine what these inactive ingredients may be or who the manufacturer is. So if you could post back with any additional details, that would be great. I hope this helps! ## It's tramodol hcl 50 mg tab mylan on the tablet it says M on one side and T7 on the...
