These both contain 37.5mgs of Tramadol with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they have just been manufactured by different companies, which is very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opioid, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If the medication has caused constipation and you're straining to have a bowel movement, that may cause your hemorrhoids to become irritated and result in some bleeding, the same if your stool is just harder than usual. However, the tablet with the 377 marking is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list is only containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it is the stronger one. My aunt just received these pills from pharmacy and she wanted to know all side effects before taking medication. ## AN 627 does not contain Methadone or any other narcotic. It contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a centrally acting analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Reason I ask is because the imprint M 613 is not coming up under any U.S. prescription meds. ## M 613 is Mylan Pharmaceuticals levetiracetam (generic version of Keppra), 250 mg.
