My aunt just received these pills from pharmacy and she wanted to know all side effects before taking medication. ## AN 627 does not contain Methadone or any other narcotic. It contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a centrally acting analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
