There was only DICODID made by knoll in Germany but it was withdrawn last year. Only Hydrocodone now available is ZOHYDRO SR in the USA. It is also made in combination with high amounts of acetaminophen, usually 325, 500 or 650mg, one goes as high as 750mg! But there is legislation coming into force limiting any dosage unit of acetaminophen (paracetamol) in the USA (where 100% of the entire world's Hydrocodone is now used since the deletion of DICODID) to 300mg. Abbott have already issued their new 10/300mg pill. But I am afraid that Hydrocodone as a single drug now is only available as an SR med under that ZOHYDRO brand. Are there any markings on it? That would enable someone to identify it for you. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! I need help! My father was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer a few months back! They prescribed him hydrocodone 10/325mg! He now has begun to have some sort of mental status change because of the effects of the chemo on his body! He thinks he's suppose to be getting three hydrocodones at a time, and even with showing him the bottle and reassuring him he's not , he becomes very angry/agitated saying we are trying to kill him and that my step mom don't care and just wants money etc and that he's divorcing her! Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Has lp on top 145 below it.told it was vicodin???the other side smoth.the pill is white n round. ## Hi tru, Most Vicodin/Norco pills I've come across are usually white oblong tablets, but this white round pill marked with IP 145 reportedly contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone bitartrate + 200mgs of Ibuprofen. It's NOT Vicodin/Norco, however I think the Ibuprofen may make for a good alternative for those who can't tolerate Acetaminophen, due to potential liver problems. pink a little long and the letter B ## Dolacet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. Is that the only marking on the tablet? There are generics of this available, but I am not aware of any that are pink with just the letter B on them.

Supposed to be a Lortab, scored with IP 414. Please ID ## Can I ask the color and shape of the tablet? I'm not finding a marking for IP414 in any of the databases. I have, however, found one marked IP 144, a brown, caplet, that contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, a generic or store brand for Advil or Motrin. Please post back and let me know if this matches the tablet in question, or provide whatever additional information you can. In the meantime, I'll keep looking.
